| XKM 系列穿刺線夾主要適用于架空絕緣導(dǎo)線的接續(xù)、分支連接和接地保護，適用電壓等級為10kV和1kV及以下，其主要性能和特點： 1. 安裝簡便。安裝時無需剝?nèi)?dǎo)線的絕緣層，只要按規(guī)定位置在線夾中放入主線和支線，用簡 扳 手套均勻擰斷力矩螺母即可： 2. 接觸電阻小，線夾溫升低。特制力矩螺栓確保怛定的穿刺壓力，使線夾與導(dǎo)線達到良好的電氣接觸而不過分損傷導(dǎo)線，保證架空絕緣導(dǎo)線的正常使用壽命； 3. 結(jié)構(gòu)密封、絕緣性高。線夾內(nèi)部采用絕緣導(dǎo)熱油脂填充，安裝后整個導(dǎo)體形成全封閉結(jié)， 提 高構(gòu)了絕緣強度和安全性； 4. 線夾適用范圍廣?？蛇m用于銅鋁絕緣導(dǎo)線、異徑導(dǎo)紅的支接、等徑導(dǎo)線的對接，并適用銅 鋁 絕于緣導(dǎo)線的過渡連接。 XKM series insulation piercing connector is mainly used for wire branching The applicable voltage is 10kV, 1kVand lessmore than 1kV. It has the following function and features: 1. Simple installation. The insulated layer of lead needn’t be stripped. Put the mainline and branch line into connector correctly and screw the moment nut off with a box spanner. 2. Small contact resistance and low temperature rising . The specially-made moment bolt guarantees constant piercing pressure which enable the connector to get a good electric contact without any excessive conductor damage, and guarantee the normal performance life of circuitry. 3. Sealed stunture and high surability. The internal adopts whole sealing structure and is filled with insulating heat conducting grease, which improves insulating strength and security. 4. Wide application range . It is applicable to branch connection of copper and aluminum conductor, hetero-dia metric conductor, and butt joint of isodiametric conductor. It is also applicable to transition branch connection of copper and aluminum insulated lead. |
| 二、應(yīng)用 Application |
| A：高層樓宇豎井電纜分支 1. 用傳統(tǒng)方法安裝并固定好主干線電纜 2. 在需做分支的部位剝開主纜外護套0.6米(切勿破壞相線絕緣層) 3. 選與電表箱間距相符的分支電纜(不超過3米)并剝離兩端端頭護套 4. 縱向依次安裝分支器(分支器間距≥10cm) 1.Installing and fixing main cable in traditional way. 2. Stripping outer insulator of main cable for 0.6m at part that need part (don’t destroy insulaton layer for phase). 3.Choosing branch cable (not more than 3m) whose distance is the same as electric meter box, and strip insulator at two terminals. 4.Installing the separator vertically by turns (the sepatator distance is more than 10cm). |
| *注： 1. 使用穿刺線夾的導(dǎo)線必須符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)； 2. 穿刺線夾的安裝人員必須完全熟悉安裝技術(shù)； 3. 在帶電作業(yè)時，請載上絕緣手套筒扳手； 4. 穿刺線夾屬一次性線夾，由于牙型變形拆卸后請勿重復(fù)使用。 |
| *Remarks 1. The conductor used for insulation piercing connector must conform with international standard. 2. The installation operator must be familiar with installation technique. 3. Please put on insulating gloves and use insulating box spanner during hot-line work. 4. The insulation piercing connector is a kind of one-time product. Please do not use it again after dismantling because of dental pattern transfiguration. |
